I have handed this to a cop and had it work, if you'd like more information please call 916-367-4862 |
| If you'd like to get a legal shield that works please feel free to call me at 916-367-4862 in the evenings. I love my legal shield and the officers and cps workers hate it when you get your attorney on the phone who demands to talk to these corrupt officials! IT is really wonderful!! |
| Let me know when this service is available. This would very useful to anyone who plans to fight the corruption that is taking over our freedom and our courts. When you start fighting them they will arrest you and make it hard to defend yourself. |

With the legal shield, you also get legal insurance. It just like any other insurance is to prevent you from being sued. I have come up to the point I was pulled over, they were going to steal my car, and put me in jail for refusing to sign their fraudulent document.
I had my "attorney representative" on the phone and they didn't want to play with me no more! Wait till they get my bill!!!

Here is what you get with a BASIC pre-paid Plan! And really it works!
Most people want to know what you can get with pre-paid legal plans. Plans vary from state to state. The following is a brief sample of what you get as a member of a pre-paid legal plan....
Free consultations by telephone or in the office. Members can call or meet with an attorney regarding almost any personal legal matter for up to 30 minutes at no charge. You may consult an attorney as often as they need to, as long as each consultation is about a different matter. And most members' legal problems are solved through consultation alone.
Free follow-up services. Some problems can be solved by merely having the attorney write a letter or make a phone call on your behalf at no charge.
Free document review. An attorney will review personal documents, such as, leases, insurance policies or sales contracts at no charge. He or she will also explain the terms of the documents and answer your specific questions.
Wills, Health Care Proxies, Powers of Attorney and Living Wills are prepared at no charge or for a small fee.
Twenty-five percent or more discount off of regular hourly rates or flat fees on most other services, such as real estate closings, criminal defense and divorces.
Written fee agreements specifying what services the attorney will perform, how much it will cost and how it will be billed.
Quality control - After each legal service is completed, you get to complete a brief evaluation of the lawyer and the services they performed.
Confidentiality. All matters are handled between the member and the attorney on a strictly confidential basis.
And a grievance procedure. If there is ever a disagreement with the your attorney over fees or other matters, the management of the pre-paid plan will get involved and attempt to resolve the dispute through an informal grievance, process or mediation. |
| You could try a common law default process. Second option is to build a right to travel defense. Do some research on both of these - Ticketslayer.com has some good information - not sure how effective it is however. No matter what - fight it and go to court - the cop might not show up, but probably a slim chance at that. You can always demand a jury trial, and cost the bastards more time and effort. Making it more difficult for them to extract monies from your wallet must always be a driving motive. Good Luck. |
| I have a qestion for whoever can answer it.I was stopped by the sheriff and given a ticket for driving while suspended, expired tags, and speeding. They did arrest me and I went to jail. The officer never had me sign the tickets but I did sign the release document when I posted bail.It does state that I will appear for court but it dose not say for what charge. The qestion is,What is the best way to defend myself in this case? |
